📚 Installation Requirements
- PHP 8.2 or 8.3 with standard extensions (PDO, OpenSSL, BCMath, Zip, Curl).
- MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.4+ database.
- Apache, LiteSpeed, or Nginx web server with document root pointed to the
/publicdirectory.
Frequently Asked Support Questions
1. How do I activate my license?
After buying a subscription, log in to your dashboard at numanrki.com/dashboard and copy your License Key. In your self-hosted Invoice Pro app, open Settings → License, paste the key, and click Activate. The key will lock to your domain automatically.
2. How do I transfer my license to a new domain?
If you migrate your server or change your website domain name, you must first log in to your customer portal on numanrki.com, navigate to My Licenses, find the active domain, and click Deactivate. This frees up the activation slot, allowing you to activate the key on your new domain.
3. I am seeing a "500 Internal Server Error" during installation. What should I do?
This is usually due to incorrect directory permissions or a missing .htaccess file. Ensure the storage and bootstrap/cache directories are writable by the web server (chmod 775 or 755 depending on your host). If you are on shared hosting, double check that your document root is pointed to public/.
