  • Complete installation of the latest version of Invoice Pro on your hosting server.
  • Database setup including creating the MySQL database, assigning users, and running initial migrations.
  • Directory permissions configuration to ensure secure operation and working automatic updates.
  • Mail SMTP configuration using your email credentials so client invoice emails deliver correctly.
  • Cron job scheduling setup on your server to run automatic license checks, backup ticks, and payment reminders.
  • First-time domain activation and licensing handoff.

How the Setup Process Works

  1. Choose setup at checkout: When buying your Starter or Pro plan, check the box labeled "Let us handle setup". It will add a one-time charge of PKR 2,000 to your total.
  2. Send server details: Email your hosting panel credentials (cPanel, Plesk, Hostinger, or SSH key details) along with your Order Number to numanrki@gmail.com.
  3. Deployment & Handover: Our engineer will deploy the app on your domain, configure the database and emails, run tests, and email you back within 24 hours. You can then log in immediately and begin invoicing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my hosting server compatible?

We support all standard hosting platforms that run PHP and MySQL, including Hostinger, Bluehost, Namecheap, GoDaddy cPanels, and custom Linux VPS servers (Ubuntu/CentOS). If you are unsure, send us an email before purchasing.

Are my credentials secure?

Yes. We only use your credentials to perform the manual setup. Once the setup is completed and verified, we destroy our record of your credentials and recommend that you update your hosting account passwords immediately for optimal security.

Does the setup fee repeat on renewal?

No. The setup fee is a strictly one-time optional charge per order. Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) will only charge the base plan price, never the setup fee.
