NumanRKI Services ("we", "us", or "our") distributes Invoice Pro as a self-hosted business application. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data and the business data you process within our software.

1. Data Ownership and Self-Hosting

Invoice Pro is self-hosted software. This means all business records, invoices, customer ledgers, transaction records, and user lists are stored on your own server database. NumanRKI Services does not host, access, copy, or have any control over your business data. You are solely responsible for securing your database and taking backups.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our website, customer portal, or order licenses, we collect the following:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you sign up.
  • Order Data: Subscription plan, payment gateway details, order status, and setup service options.
  • License Verification Logs: When your self-hosted Invoice Pro instance pings our server to verify its license, we log the license key, domain/IP, device ID, request path, and timestamp to prevent license abuse.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

  • Processing subscription orders and verifying payments via Bank Alfalah.
  • Generating, validating, and activating your Invoice Pro license key.
  • Sending email invoices, license key deliveries, and renewal reminders.
  • Providing technical support and delivering the optional setup service if requested.

4. Data Retention and Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Payment processing is handled securely by Bank Alfalah; we do not store credit card numbers or wallet passwords. We retain account metadata as long as your subscription is active or for accounting and legal purposes.

5. Security

We use 256-bit TLS encryption across all our web pages and customer dashboards to secure transmissions. License key values are masked inside our admin dashboards to safeguard against unauthorized viewing.
