Thank you for choosing Invoice Pro by NumanRKI Services. We take pride in building software that helps Pakistani SMBs manage their invoicing and ledgers efficiently.

No Refunds After Purchase

Please read this policy carefully. As Invoice Pro is a self-hosted, downloadable software product, we provide full access to the source code/installer package and license key immediately upon payment confirmation. Because of the digital nature of these assets and the inability to "return" downloaded code, we do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed.

All sales are final once payment is processed via our Bank Alfalah secure checkout gateway.

7-Day Free Trial Prior to Purchase

We want you to be 100% confident that Invoice Pro is the right fit for your business before you spend a single rupee. To accommodate this:

We offer an fully-functional 7-day free trial to test the software on your server.
To request a trial installation, simply contact our support team at numanrki@gmail.com or via WhatsApp before making a purchase.
We will generate a trial license and provide access so you can verify features, platform compatibility, and speed on your own server environment.

Trial Conversion

After your 7-day trial period, the software will prompt you to enter a paid subscription license key. You can then select a Starter or Pro subscription plan from our pricing page to continue using Invoice Pro. No trial data will be lost when you activate a paid license key.

Support Assistance

If you encounter technical issues during installation or usage, NumanRKI Services offers comprehensive setup support. We also provide an optional one-time server setup service for PKR 2,000 to handle the deployment and configuration for you. If you need any assistance, please write to us at numanrki@gmail.com.
