Welcome to Invoice Pro. These terms and conditions govern your purchase, download, installation, and use of Invoice Pro software and services provided by NumanRKI Services.

1. License Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, NumanRKI Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Invoice Pro on the number of domains or devices specified in your purchased subscription plan (1 domain for Starter, 3 domains for Pro).

2. Software Delivery and Updates

Upon payment confirmation, a unique license key will be issued, and you can download the installation archive. You are entitled to software updates and support during your active subscription term. When a subscription expires, your self-hosted application will continue to work, but you will no longer receive new updates or technical support.

3. Optional Setup Service

If you choose our optional one-time setup service (PKR 2,000), you authorize NumanRKI Services' technical team to access your hosting server (cPanel, VPS, Hostinger, etc.) to perform the installation and configuration of Invoice Pro. This service is completed within 24 hours under normal circumstances, subject to you providing correct credentials.

4. Payment and Fees

All prices are quoted in PKR and exclude any applicable transaction tax unless indicated. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Setup fees are a one-time charge per order and do not repeat upon renewal.

5. Refund and Trial Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase due to the downloadable nature of the software. To evaluate the software risk-free, you can request a 7-day free trial by emailing numanrki@gmail.com before buying.

6. Limitation of Liability

Invoice Pro is self-hosted software. NumanRKI Services is not liable for any data loss, database corruption, security breaches on your server, or business disruption resulting from the use of our software. You are responsible for executing daily database backups.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore/Karachi, Pakistan.
