This policy applies to purchases from NumanRKI Services, including digital products (PHP scripts, custom CMS, WordPress plugins/themes) and professional services (bug fixes, custom development on hire).
Scope
We sell digital downloads and provide service-based work. Because downloads are delivered instantly and source code is accessible upon delivery, refunds are limited to the situations below.
Digital products (downloads)
We’ll refund your purchase only if:
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we’re unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time; or
A confirmed product bug prevents the basic, advertised functionality on a supported environment (as stated on the product page), and we cannot provide a fix or reasonable workaround within 7 business days of your complete support request.
Not refundable:
- Change of mind after download, or “no longer needed”
- Issues caused by unsupported server environments or missing PHP extensions
- Conflicts with third-party themes/plugins or custom code you’ve added
- Performance differences due to hosting limitations
- Failure to read product requirements before purchase
If a refund is issued for a download, your license and access to updates will be revoked, and you must delete all copies.
Services (custom development, bug fixes, hire-based work)
- Advance payments, deposits, and paid milestones are non-refundable once work starts.
- If we cannot deliver the agreed written scope, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees.
- Client delays, scope changes, or lack of required access extend timelines and don’t qualify for refunds.
- Additional features or changes outside the approved scope will be quoted separately.
Exchanges and fixes first
Our default path is to repair, replace, or update the deliverable. Refunds are considered when those options aren’t feasible within the window above.
How to request a refund
Email dm@numanrki.com with:
- Order number and purchase email
- Clear description of the issue and steps to reproduce
- Environment details (hosting provider, PHP/MySQL versions, required extensions)
- Screenshots/logs or error messages
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. If a refund is approved, it’s processed to your original payment method. If our payment processor does not return their transaction fees, those amounts may be deducted from the refund as per the processor’s rules.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks for issues covered by this policy may result in license revocation and account suspension while we investigate with the payment processor.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel and refund an order suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations, or if a product is withdrawn for security/compliance reasons.
Your responsibilities
Review product requirements and compatibility before purchase; keep backups; provide timely access/info for service work; and follow our installation/setup guides.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
